Opinions: I am lucky enough to sometimes be sent products or offered services in exchange for a review, but all views and opinions are completely my own. I will never get paid or incentivised to endorse a product or service if I do not agree with it. If I do not like a product or service, I will say so. If I am sent a product with no obligation to post about it and do not like it, I may choose not to feature it entirely.
I am also fully aware that everyone’s opinions and experiences are different and the products that work for me might not work for someone else. I am solely offering my own opinion and review and it is never my intention to mislead people.
Sponsored blog and social media posts: If I am paid to write a blog post, it will always be declared with ‘AD’ either in the post title or in the opening paragraph. I will also include a sentence declaring the partnership.
If I get paid to feature something on my social media, it will always be marked with AD at the beginning of the caption, tweet, or post.
In both cases, I will try to make it clear that I was paid to post about a given product, service, or brand, either by including the word ‘paid’ or a similar phrase.
Gifted items, trips, and experiences: All products that have been sent to me will be clearly marked as Gifted / PR Sample. In the event of gifted trips and experiences, it will be clearly stated at the beginning of the post to denote the nature of the collaboration.
Due to the recent changes in the ASA guidelines, all posts featuring a gifted item, service, trip, or experience will be marked as an AD, even if I was not paid to post about a given brand. If I was gifted a particular item or service for free and there was no additional monetary compensation, I will write something like ‘AD – This post features a gifted item / service as part of an unpaid collaboration’. All paid collaborations will be clearly marked.
Previous brand relationships: If I have worked with a brand on previous but not current content, and the previous collaboration took place within the last year, I will inform my readers about it.
Affiliate / referral links: Some of the links I use on my blog are affiliate links. As a customer, you do not pay more because I have used an affiliate link and it does not affect you in any way. It only means that I earn a small commission from the retailer whenever you purchase something through my affiliate link. I will mark individual affiliate links with an asterisk (*) so you know you are about to click one. To comply with the latest guidelines, I will also include ‘AD – This post contains affiliate / referral links’ at the beginning of the post.

If you would like to use any of my photos on your blog or social media channels, you can do so provided that you credit me and link back to my blog / social media, depending on where you took the photo from. If I use any external photos on my blog, I will always make sure to credit the source as well.
